Abstract:

Background: Many studies showed that HEART RATE recovery (1 min) and exercise capacity at exercise test are both strong predictors of cardiovascular events in various populations. This study compared HEART RATE recovery (1min) and exercise capacity in individuals with and without metabolic syndrome in Iranian community. Methods: This cross-sectional study was performed on 470 individuals aged ³ 35 years who followed in Isfahan Cohort Study. A questionnaire including questions on demographic and lifestyle information as well as weight, height, blood pressure, and waist circumference was completed. Triglyceride, fasting blood glucose (FBS), total cholesterol, HDL, and LDL levels were measured as well. All subjects performed a symptom limited exercise test under the standard Bruce protocol. HEART RATE recovery (1 min) and exercise capacity were calculated. Data were analyzed by generalized linear model SPSS15 software.Finding: The prevalence of diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and dyslipidemia were higher in individuals with metabolic syndrome (P=0.001). HEART RATE recovery (1 min) was in normal range in individuals with and without metabolic syndrome (>18 bpm) but in subjects without metabolic syndrome it was higher (41.48 versus 37.07; P=0.007). There was no difference between men and women in individuals with and without metabolic syndrome (P=0.645 and 0.39 respectively). Exercise capacity was lower in individuals without metabolic syndrome (P=0.022).Conclusion: Our findings suggested that among exercise capacity and HEART RATE recovery, this is exercise capacity which has a stronger relationship with metabolic syndrome in our community. Also, it seems that there is a need for reconsideration on HEART RATE recovery threshold.

Abstract:

THE AIM OF THIS STUDY WAS TO ANSWER THIS QUESTION VASTANH AEROBIC, ANAEROBIC THRESHOLD HEART RATE IN THE PERCENTAGE OF MAXIMUM HEART RATE IN GIRLS IS DISABLED? FOR THIS PURPOSE, 16 DISABLED STUDENTS WITH AN AVERAGE AGE OF 19.46 ±1.12 YEARS, WEIGHT 57.73±7.87 KG, HEIGHT 161.9±6.08 CM AND BODY MASS INDEX 22.93±3.02 KG PER SQUARE METER, WITH NO HISTORY OF HEART DISEASE, PULMONARY, ON A VOLUNTARY BASIS, WERE SELECTED. WHEN YOU INCREASE THE WORK LOAD OF LOW INTENSITY TO HIGH BLOOD LACTATE LEVELS ALMOST 2 MMOL / L INCREASES AS WELL AS THE VE / VO2 INCREASES DISPROPORTIONATELY AS THE AEROBIC THRESHOLD IS DEFINED. AS WELL AS DURING INCREMENTAL EXERCISE A CERTAIN INTENSITY, BLOOD LACTATE CONCENTRATION INCREASES FOR NON-LINEAR, OR INTENSITY OF ACTIVITY WHICH BLOOD LACTATE CONCENTRATION4 MMOL / L IS DEFINED AS ANAEROBIC THRESHOLD. THE AEROBIC THRESHOLD AND ANAEROBIC THRESHOLD IN THIS STUDY, THE FIRST AND SECOND POINT HAS TO DO WITH HEART RATE CURVE BREAKS.CHANGES IN PARTICIPANTS' HEART RATE DURING EXERCISE PROTOCOL IMPLEMENTATIONS, USING TELEMETRY MINUTE WAS RECORDED. TO AVOID ANY ERROR WHEN THE MINUTE HEART RATE TELEMETRY WAS USED, TWO-HOUR SPECIAL ON THE SUBJECT, ONE OF WHICH WAS CLOSED AND THE OTHER WAS GIVEN TO RESEARCHERS. WHEN THE SUBJECT IS THE POINT OF EXHAUSTION, THE HEART RATE WAS AT MAXIMUM VALUE THAT WAS RECORDED AS MAXIMUM HEART RATE. RESULTS SHOWED THAT THE MEAN MAXIMAL HEART RATE SUBJECTS 189.46 AEROBIC THRESHOLD HEART RATE OF 135.66 WAS, SO THE AEROBIC THRESHOLD HEART RATE AT 71.60% MAXIMUM HEART RATE IS DISABLED STUDENTS AND GIVEN THAT THE AVERAGE MAXIMUM HEART RATE FOR SUBJECTS 189.46 ANAEROBIC THRESHOLD HEART RATE OF 189.46, SO ANAEROBIC THRESHOLD HEART RATE AT 100% MAXIMUM HEART RATE IS DISABLED STUDENTS. THE SHARE OF AEROBIC SYSTEM FOR ENERGY INCREASES, THE PERSON'S HEART RATE LESS TO OPERATE. WHEN WE INCREASE THE EXERCISE INTENSITY, HEART RATE INCREASES AND THE SHARE IS REDUCED AEROBIC MACHINES AND OTHER ENERGY SUPPLIER TO ASSUME THE DUTY OF ENERGY SUPPLY, ESPECIALLY GLYCOLYTIC DEVICES THAT USE THE ANAEROBIC GLYCOLYSIS TO PRODUCE OF THE ENERGY.

Abstract:

Background: Hear RATE turbulence, Disturbances in Vagal activity and reduced HEART RATE variability (HRV) is observed in individuals after coronary artery bypass grafting. Exercise training is recommended to improve these failures. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the effects of interval exercise training on HEART RATE recovery (HRR) and HEART RATE variability after coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG).Methods: The subjects of this study were those who had gone under CABGin 501 Artesh Hospital and had passed one month of recovery. The subjects were divided into two groups of training (n=12) and control (n=12) after preliminary evaluations and performing exercise test. The patients underwent 4 weeks of interval exercise training, 3 times a week, in Tehran HEART center. T-test was used to evaluate the intra-group differences and independent t-test was used to evaluate the difference between groups (p<0.05).Results: The result showed that parameters of HRV including TP, HF, LF and Lf/HF had been significantly affected by 4 weeks of interval exercise training. Interval exercise training had also significantly reduced the HRR in 1-3 min after exercise training. Conclusion: As the two important indicators of mortality (HRV and HRR) had improved after interval exercise training, this type of exercise training can be recommended to the patients who undergo CABG for better recovery.

Abstract:

The HEART RATE deflection point (HRDP) is the HEART RATE deviation point of the straight line that is defined in the study of the relationship between work and time and it is used as a criterion for the intensity of exercise planning. The purpose of the present study is to review the Methodological approach of HEART RATE deflection point the new methods for determining this point. In the present study, the dimensions of HRDP methodology were examined in two areas of HRDP-related physiological mechanisms and HRDP determination methods. In the section on HRDP determination methods, determining the basal HEART RATE, HRDP calculation, and measurement methods, as well as training protocols, were the most important dimensions of methodology in measuring this point. The present study, by examining the findings of previous research, obtained a suitable and integRATEd summary of the physiological mechanisms associated with HRDP and the methodological dimensions of HRDP. The results indicate that disagreement about the ability of HRDP to determine the anaerobic threshold related to the methodology of HRDP measurement. Infect, it affects the definition of the anaerobic threshold. Therefore, studies on it continue.
